Controversy ... Justin
POP brat JUSTIN Bieber is at the centre of a second drugs storm in just four months – after a tour bus customs bust unearthed marijuana once again.
The vehicle was stopped on the Canadian/American border on Monday night after a drug-sniffing dog raised the alarm to authorities.
Both marijuana and drug paraphernalia were subsequently removed from it US gossip site TMZ insists.
Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond told the website that the drugs were seized and the driver was issued with a citation before being released alongside all passengers.
Justin was not on board at the time.
It's not the first time that a tour vehicle associated with the singer has been found to contain illegal material.
Back in April of this year Swedish cops discovered a "small amount of unidentified narcotics and a stun gun" on board a similiar bus.
Over the weekend Justin added to his recent string of controversial antics when he was photographed spitting on his fans from a hotel balcony.
The snaps showed him at the Hazelton Hotel in Toronto, Canada aiming the phlegm at the crowd gathered below while a friend laughed at his actions.
The incident was the latest in a long line of bad behaviour from the 19-year-old star that includes several allegations of spitting, speeding in his sports car, turning up late for gigs and arguing with photographers.
And on a visit to the UK earlier this year Justin upset young fans by appearing on stage two-hours late at 10.20pm for an O2 Arena gig in London meaning many had to leave before even seeing their idol after forking out up to £331 a ticket.
He then went on to have a blazing row with a photographer outside his hotel in the city who he told “I’ll beat the f*** out of you,” as he was restrained by minders.
