He's known for making more than a few inappropriate comments, and Alan Partridge certainly didn't let the side down when he had a pop at the royal baby.
Arriving to his London premiere of Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa, the fictional character - played by Steve Coogan - blamed the newly named Prince George of Cambridge for the lack of people at the event.
'There would have been more people but we got gazumped by royal baby. Boo!' Alan said on Wednesday night.

But his displeasure didn't last long and soon Alan made the most of the female attention he was getting, grinning like a Cheshire cat as he said hello to his female fans.
Alpha Papa arrived in the capital by helicopter from his hometown of Norwich, where the film's world premiere was held.
Exploding on to the Leicester Square red carpet, the beloved star of radio and TV was met by a raucous applause, wearing the same Gresham Blake suit from his earlier premiere.

But in London, Alan was joined by a few friendly faces, including petrol station worker-turned-security guard Michael in his work uniform.
But the Geordie soon changed back into his real life self, as Simon Greenall, to attend the second screening of Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa.
And Simon wasn't the only cast member to step on to the red carpet on Wednesday evening.

Anna Maxwell Martin looked sophisticated in an eastern-inspired black and white gown.
Felicity Montagu - who plays Lynn, the long-suffering PA to Alan - attended, as did Phil Cornwall, Nigel Lindsay and co-writer Armando Iannucci.
Guests included Sir Chris Hoy and his wife, comedians Dara Ó Briain and Rhod Gilbert, and a bearded Alan Carr.

Earlier in the day, Alan Partridge dedicated his new film Alpha Papa to Norwich as he hosted the movie's world premiere in the city.
Steve Coogan appeared as his alter-ego as over 1,000 turned out to the Hollywood Cinema in Anglia Square for a rare celebrity premiere.
In full Partridge mode, the funnyman declared 'this film is my love letter to Norwich' as he walked the red carpet.

He spoke of his deep love for the Norfolk city, but insisted his passion was 'not in an Operation Yewtree way'.
The premiere took place in Norwich, rather than the traditional film screening location of London, after a Twitter campaign dubbed 'Anglia Square Not Leicester Square'.
So locals were thrilled when Norwich's 1960s Anglia Square shopping centre rolled out the red carpet for the premiere.
'Alan' said: 'The people have spoken in the biggest petition since the clinic started handing out johnnies to 13-year-olds.

'Four million pounds has gone on this film which could have gone to a brand new anti-natal unit or Help for Heroes but we spent it on this film.'
Ahead of the screening, fans danced and sang along to Abba songs played over the Tannoy.
Asked what Norwich had that London did not, he said: 'A lot of flat landscape, the Wash, reclaimed land - these are things that London doesn't have and will never have.
'My favourite location during filming was Cromer Pier. I've been to Blackpool Pier, Brighton Pier, Southend Pier - but Cromer is quite simply the best pier.'
