A Muslim lesbian was today found guilty of torturing her eight-year-old daughter to death with the help of her vampire-obsessed lover.
Polly Chowdhury, 35, became convinced Ayesha Ali was 'possessed' and that she needed to be 'punished' because of a fantasy world created on Facebook by her twisted girlfriend.
Chowdhury was 'groomed' by 43-year-old Kiki Muddar, who invented 15 fictional characters, including a Muslim spirit called Skyman and a paranormal lover called 'Jimmy', to control her partner.
She had seduced neighbour Chowdhury and split up her marriage, before sending thousands of messages from alter egos to convince her lover to play out sexual fantasies and torture Ayesha.
Muddar was also obsessed with vampires and Ayesha's mother agreed to bite her daughter's back as part of the depraved attacks that led to her death in Chadwell Heath, Essex, in August 2013.
Today the couple were found guilty of the eight-year-old's manslaughter but cleared of murder at the Old Bailey.
Killers: Polly Chowdhury (left), 35, killed her daughter Ayesha Ali with her lesbian lover Kiki Muddar (right) in a twisted romance
Victim: Ayesha weighed just three-and-a-half stone and had 56 separate injuries when she died from a blow to the head at her home in Chadwell Heath, Essex
The women would give the little girl cold baths, force feed her until she was sick and make her scrub the bathroom floor to rid her of 'evil spirits', the court heard.
Bereft: Afsar Ali, the father of Ayesha Ali, broke down outside court when he paid tirbute to his 'beautiful' daughter
Chowdhury became convinced hurting her child would 'stop the gates of hell from opening'.
A neighbour heard the child's screams as they took turns to creep into her bedroom wearing a terrifying horror mask.
Ayesha weighed just three-and-a-half stone, had 50 separate injuries, when she died from a blow to the head at her home.
When emergency services arrived the next day she was found lying naked, except for a pair of pink knickers, covered in bruises.
She had sustained 56 separate injuries including the bite mark which was matched to her mother's teeth.
Muddar had dialled 999 but when the operator asked what happened she replied: ‘She was a naughty child and mum thought she was possessed by the devil.’
Police found the eight-year-old's handwritten notes in her bedroom where she promised to behave to avoid the brutal attacks.
She wrote: ‘I don’t like hurting other people’s feelings! I don’t know how I make myself do these things! I hate getting punishments so I am going to make sure I change.’
She also made a 'naughty list' of what she did that was 'good' and 'bad' like ‘pulling faces’ and 'huffing and puffing'.
Muddar and Chowdhury each claimed it was the other woman who had killed Ayesha.
But an Old Bailey jury found them guilty of manslaughter today but cleared them of murder.
Muddar wept while Chowdhury sobbed into her hands as the verdicts were announced and they face long prison sentences
The jury took 31 hours and 31 minutes to reach the verdicts by a majority of 10-to-two.
Tragedy: Ayesha was murdered by a couple in a 'sado masochistic' fantasy world, involving fictional boyfriends, angels and spirits
On trial: Muddar and Chowdhury each claimed it was the other woman who had killed Ayesha, but an Old Bailey jury found them guilty of manslaughter today but cleared them of murder

The pair's depraved relationship revolved around a 'sado masochistic' fantasy world, involving fictional boyfriends, angels and spirits.
Chowdhury was communicating by text and Facebook with 15 different people and spirits which had all been created by Muddar.
As part of the investigation, detectives recovered and analysed 140,000 lines of text from messaging apps and emails, 40,000 messages from a laptop, 1,450 voice recordings which were backed up on Kiki Muddar's phone and 17,000 pages of Facebook messages.
One of Muddar's characters, a Muslim spirit called Skyman, sent messages saying: 'Your daughter can have the pain' and 'your daughter is evil you never disciplined her today'.
Muddar also sent naked pictures to Chowdhury through 'Jimmy', asking her what sexual positions she enjoyed, and Chowdhury admitted she wanted to marry Jimmy despite never meeting him.
Chowdhury was even convinced she was having sexual contact with Jimmy on occasions when she shared a bed with Muddar.
Prosecutor Richard Whittam QC said both women had been exposed as liars since Ayesha's death, but that 'on occasions, truth is stranger than fiction'.
'It's undoubtedly true that the content (of the messages), however strange, even on the basis that the content was fiction, it's true that they were being sent.
'Whoever was persuading who, they were both party to these communications, they shared the content of them, they received them and reacted to them.
'You may think they shared their express distrust of Ayesha Ali.'
Chowdhury and Muddar had been neighbours when Ayesha's mother, who wears a Muslim head scarf, was bringing up her family with her ex-husband.
Afsal Ali described his former spouse as 'the perfect mother' who had a 'good heart' and 'put other people before herself'.
Muddar would cause arguments in the family home and his wife became 'completely unrecognisable.'
Soon no family decisions could be made without Chowdury consulting Muddar, who had become her love.
'It was like she was possessed,' her husband said.
He tried to move her way from the area - but eventually they split up and Chowdhury moved in with her.
Ordeal: Aysha was almost constantly punished and abused - after her death police found this list she wrote before she died of the good and bad things she did
Letter: In her own words Ayesha became convinced that she deserved the brutal punishments she received - but in reality she was being abused by the people meant to be caring for her
Chowdhury admitted she had come to hate her daughter and thought that she was 'pure evil' by the time of her death.
The girl's grieving father sobbed in court as he heard the 'livid' Muddar rage about his daughter during the phone call recorded just weeks before the little girl's death.
'I will f***ing drown that witch. Seriously, I'm going to kill her,' said Muddar.
'She's got this evil stare in her like there's pure evil inside her.'
Muddar and Chowdhury had been beating Ayesha for days before she died on the night of August 29, 2013.
Chowdhury said she saw Muddar with her foot on her daughter's throat shortly before she found her apparently drowning in the bath.
She said she dragged her out - and then smothered her with a pillow to 'end her suffering' later that night.
Chowdhury insisted she had no idea Muddar had battered her over the head.
'It took time for it to sink in. It took a very long time for me to get my head round that,' she told the jury.
'I realised I didn't do it and realised the only person responsible, to be able to do it, was Kiki.'
Cowardly: Polly Chowdhury failed in an attempt to kill herself and left this note where tried to blame Ayesha for her own death and the attempt to end hers
Muddar, who did not give evidence, told police she had left the flat that evening and only returned the next morning to find Ayesha dead and Chowdhury with her wrists cut in the bath.
But the jury found both women responsible for Ayesha's death.
Speaking outside court, Detective Sergeant Andy Nimmo said: 'Ayesha Ali was an innocent and defenceless eight-year-old child caught up in a bizarre set of circumstances and manipulated by two adults who were intent on causing her harm.
'Through social media and text, Muddar created a sophisticated web of lies and deceit which took officers months to unpick. What unravelled was a picture of enormous hatred directed towards Ayesha by both Muddar and Chowdhury.
'Ayesha should have been able to turn to one person who she could trust - her mother - but Chowdhury had allowed herself to become influenced by Muddar and together they inflicted serious emotional and finally physical harm on Ayesha.
'What the motive behind the campaign of abuse was remains unclear. What is painfully clear, however, is that Ayesha had her life taken away in horrible and brutal circumstances.'
Revealed: Disturbing recording of killer admitting she wanted to 'f***** kill' Ayesha because she was 'possessed' and 'evil'
Ayesha Ali's father Afsar wept in court as jurors were played a shocking phone call in which Kiki Muddar ranted about killing the child.
She described the innocent eight-year-old girl as 'evil' and a 'witch' to her friend Hemma on July 3 2013 - a month before the killing.
The court heard that she recorded all the calls she had made from January 2013 onwards using an app on her telephone and she kept some 41,000 texts.
Listen here and below is an abridged transcript.

CCTV reveals how killer went shopping for a new shower head after old one was used in beating that led to eight-year-old's death
CCTV footage released for the first time today revealed how one of Ayesha's killers' movements on the day she was beaten to death.
Scotland Yard said on August 28 2013 Kiki Muddar sent a text to Chowdhury which stated: 'Has something happened? My hearts going mental?' and went shopping for a new shower head.
Detectives believe a replacement was needed because 'it had been used to assault Ayesha'.
CCTV: Previously unseen footage shows Kiki Muddar getting out cash, going on public transport and then heading home with the shower head
Brutal: Ayesha was beaten so badly with a shower hose that it broke and Kiki Muddar went out to buy a new one
The previously unseen footage shows her getting out cash, going on public transport and then heading home with the shower head.
Muddar stayed at the address in Essex until just after 9pm, the night Ayesha died.
At around 11am the following day, Muddar returned to the address and half an hour later called 999 to state that Chowdhury had cut her wrists.
On arrival, London Ambulance Service found Ayesha's lifeless body on her bedroom floor - it was obvious that she had been dead for some time.
Muddar showed no concern for Ayesha and told paramedics: 'Ayesha is always naughty.' She then added: 'She was a naughty child and Mum thought she was possessed by the Devil.'
A post-mortem examination subsequently revealed Ayesha had 56 separate injuries to her body including a bite mark on her shoulder and fresh bruising on her head, body and limbs.
Chowdhury was taken to hospital for treatment and within the flat a number of letters and notes were found.
One claimed she had taken Ayesha's life after her daughter had tried to drown herself in the bath, which was untrue.
'She was my sunshine, my closest friend': Father's tearful tribute to 'amazing, loving and intelligent' Ayesha
Anger: Afsar Ali, 35, said his ex-wife fell under the spell of their 'evil' next-door neighbour when she should have been keeping their 'perfect child' from harm
The devastated father of eight-year-old Ayesha Ali will never forgive his former wife.
Afsar Ali, 35, said she she fell under the spell of their 'evil' next-door neighbour when she should have been keeping their 'perfect child' from harm.
He attended every day of the Old Bailey trial of his ex, Polly Chowdhury, and her lesbian lover Kiki Muddar, who were accused of killing the 'intelligent and loving' girl after a shocking campaign of abuse.
Scotland Yard Detective Sergeant Andy Nimmo ead a statement on behalf of a tearful Mr Ali outside the Old Bailey and said: 'Over the last few weeks I sat in the courtroom as the truth unfolded.
'It was not the truth about my princess Ayesha, it was the truth about what they did to my little girl, how they tortured her and took away her life.
'Ayesha was an amazing little girl - loving, caring, intelligent and always smiling. She was helpful and considerate to everyone she met.
'She was a gift of love. I knew that the very moment she came into my world. Nothing will bring Ayesha back.
'All I have now is happy memories of the past, the joyful moments we have had together. She filled my world with beauty and I'm going to hold on to that for as long as I live. She was my sunshine, my closest friend.'
Mr Ali, a project manager for an apprenticeship programme for the unemployed, split up with Chowdhury after Muddar moved into the family home against his wishes and slept in his wife's bed.
He only learned details of the women's relationship and their fantasy world of fictional characters through listening to the trial, he said.
