'I've had so much hate, I feel like I've murdered someone': Lee Ryan admits his management want to get him a bodyguard after death threats

By MARC ANDREWS

After being evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house on Sunday night, Lee Ryan has been subjected to an incredible barrage of online abuse.
And in an interview on Radio 1 on Tuesday, Blue singer Lee admitted that he can't understand why he has been the victim of such vitriol, including death threats, simply because of his actions in the house.
The 30-year-old singer said: 'I feel like I've murdered someone, I've had that much hate'.
The Blue singer had admitted during his Radio 1 chat that his management had wanted to get him a security detail following the abuse, but that he wasn't keen.

He had said at the prospect of round the clock security: 'I'm not really that kind of person.'
But it seems as though his management may win the battle, with a spokesperson telling MailOnline: 'Whilst Lee has expressed to his team and others that he does not feel security is necessary, management is monitoring the situation at the moment and is taking threats sent to him very seriously.
'Lee has been subject to some outrageous threats online and our job is to protect him from harm.'
Explaining his actions on the show earlier this week, which saw him in a love triangle with Jasmine Waltz and Casey Batchelor, Lee said: 'I would never act like that in real life.

'I'm not excusing what it was because I know the way it looked. I was getting so frustrated with myself.'
As for his love triangle on the show, Lee passed it off saying that while he knew he looked like an idiot on the show, but he got 'stuck in a rut' because it was such a stressful environment.
He further pointed out that he had since spoken to both Jasmine and Casey, that he was 'cool' with the pair. He pointed out: 'I really like Casey as a friend.'
Since he came out of the CBB house on Sunday, Lee has been remorseful and repentant about his actions on the show with his first Tweet on the outside being: 'i'm sorry if I hurt anyone for what I've done... I'm so so sorry'.

In an interview with Channel 5 news, he opened up about the death threats he has received after leaving glamour girl Casey AND Jasmine in tears, saying: ‘I’m sorry that people are upset, but to threaten my life is just ridiculous.’
Speaking about the threats he has received Lee said: ‘I've been having death threats. Yeah, which is not nice. They've been saying pretty bad things -like threatening me with my life. I've had one person saying if I see you I'm gonna stab you, I'm gonna like axe you in the head. I mean I understand people are upset but to threaten me with my life. This is just ridiculous.
‘I mean I haven't hurt anyone in a malicious way, I've just got myself into a situation that I couldn’t really get out of. I understand people are upset but that's a bit too far.’
