They've been engaged for over two years and were due to get married back in June.
And while there's still no definitive sound of those wedding bells for Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard, the footballer opened up on the couple's plans while appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday night's show.
When asked if the TV presenter would be happy for him to take the reins and organise the bulk of the preparations for their impending nuptials, he said: 'Absolutely 100 per cent.'

Despite their long engagement Frank admitted he can't wait to get hitched to the Northern Irish beauty, but insisted their wedding won't be a glitzy showbiz affair.
He added: 'We're not going to have a huge celebrity wedding. We're going to have close family and we're planning that at the minute.'
'Christine watches that TV programme where men plan [BBC3's Don't Tell The Bride]. The men always choose ridiculous venues and things and she said, "I would trust you Frank, to do it".'

Proving she's no bridezilla, the Dancing On Ice presenter is happy for Frank to just tell her where to turn up and at what time to save on the 'hassle' of arranging the big day - but draws the line at him choosing her dress.
The couple are now saying they will make their vows next year once the 2014 World Cup in Brazil is over.
Frank and Christine met at the Pride of Britain Awards in 2009 after being introduced by Piers Morgan and England cricketer Kevin Pietersen, and got engaged in 2011 during a romantic trip to Los Angeles.

Back in December last year, the 34-year-old TV presenter had revealed that she would be getting married sometime in 2013.
But the couple were forced to put the ceremony on hold, blaming potential changes in Frank's football career as the reason.
A source told The Sunday People: 'As they have very little idea of where they could end up the best thing was to cancel.

‘They knew exactly what sort of wedding they wanted and everyone was looking forward to it but now it’s just impossible. They will start thinking about it again when they know which club Frank will be playing at. Everything’s so up in the air.’
It’s believed that in preparation for the big day they have already picked a venue, selected a guest list and even decided against selling it to a magazine. They just have to set a date and make it happen.
In the meantime the couple’s relationship is clearly going strength from strength.
It is clear Christine is more than comfortable playing step-mum to Luna and Isla, his daughters from his relationship with Elen Rivas.
Christine has made no secret of her wish to start a family in the past.
Speaking on Daybreak in 2010, she said: ‘For me, I’m 31, I don’t have babies. And for me, having children is the biggest and most important thing I’m ever going to do in my life.
‘It’s not about my career, it’s not about your job or anything else, it’s about that.’

Frank told chat show host Jonathan Ross he believes England could win the World Cup after beating Poland 2-0 on Tuesday to make it through to the international finals.
He said: 'The nation expects everything. I'm really pleased for the players and the manager. It was a really intense week.'
The sports star will be joined on Jonathan Ross by fellow guests Gordon Ramsay, Julie Walters, Dizzee Rascal and his uncle Harry Rednapp.

Frank has a new children's book series out called Frankie's Magic Football aimed at children over the age of five which have been written by the Chelsea midfielder.
The stories follow the adventures of a school boy, Frankie, his football-loving friends and trusty pet dog Max as they battle baddies from fantasy worlds and learn valuable lessons, both on and off the field.
The first book in the series, Frankie versus the Pirate Pillagers, is out now with two more, Frankie versus the Rowdy Romans and Frankie versus the Mummy's Menace scheduled for later this year and a further two set to be released in early 2014.
He said earlier this year: 'Reading with my children is incredibly important to me and a wonderful way to spend time together as a family, exploring magical worlds, through books and stories.'
