HEIRESS Tamara Ecclestone yesterday launched a tug of love with her ex — over a £380,000 black Lamborghini.

The model, 28 — daughter of F1 billionaire Bernie — went to the High Court to fight for the supercar with love-rat Omar Khyami.
Socialite Tamara, who dumped the ex-stockbroker last July after a sex tape emerged of him cheating on her, insists she is the owner. But Khyami claims she gave him the Aventador model for his 38th birthday last April.

The car, sold on TWICE since being seized, must be stored securely until the dispute is settled, the court ruled.
Tamara, who dumped Khyami after seeing him on the 30-second sex tape wearing two £30,000 gold Cartier wristbands she’d recently given him, bought the motor from Elite Performance Cars Ltd.
Khyami, who claimed the recording was years old, did not tell Tamara he had used the car as security to borrow £250,000 from Elite — a firm owned by his pal — at a 70 per cent interest rate, it was said.

Her solicitor, Andreas Gledhill, said he was only the nominated registered keeper so he could get a residents’ parking permit at their Chelsea home.
Two weeks ago bailiffs seized the car from a garage after Tamara took it in for a service. Khyami “persuaded court staff” to release it, it was said.
When he took it to Elite, Tamara obtained a High Court injunction to prevent its sale. It was breached and Elite sold it to Four Seasons Autos.

Four Seasons, who still have the car, sold it to a client in Turkey and took a £118,000 down payment two weeks BEFORE it was seized, it was claimed.
Mr Justice Warren called the circumstances under which Elite took possession “unusual”. Elite claimed the car was sold “in good faith”.
Tamara, sitting in court with fiancé Jay Rutland, 31, left without comment. Her legal team said efforts were being made to settle out of court.
