Has Courtney got a new crinkly? Stodden, 18, steps out Anna Nicole Smith's ex Edward Lozzi... and he's 53 just like her husband Doug

By Amelia Proud
Nobody was surprised when teenager Courtney Stodden finally ditched her 53-year-old husband Doug Hutchison.
Those kindly disposed towards the pneumatic blonde might even have hoped that the young woman would be able to date men of a similar age after being married off to the former Green Mile actor at the tender age of 16.
But, on Thursday night Stodden stepped out to a Los Angeles event with yet another 50-something wrapped around her voluptuous form and although a spokesperson for the star says they're definitely not dating... they looked very friendly.

In fact, her companion Edward Lozzi is 53 years old just like her estranged husband... which means our Courtney has a type.
Mr Lozzi has had a very different life to Doug, who despite being widely regarded as a talented actor has seen his work dry up since his stunning turn as a wicked prison guard in the 1999 classic film.
That same year, Lozzi was appointed Press Secretary for the United States Representative to the United Nations General Assembly, Sim Farar, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton and confirmed by the U.S Senate.

Lozzi also served as a White House Press Advance Office aide for the George H.W. Bush Administration. His overall superior was Press Secretary Marlin Fitzwater.
And his luck hasn't run out yet.
In 1981 he set up his own public relations agency in Beverly Hills - which still thrives - but he doesn't represent the young blonde animal rights activist.
And judging by these pictures, it's a good job because there'd be a definite conflict of interests.

Courtney was sporting a typically modest outfit which comprised of a negligee style dress and giant stripper shoes.
Her nails and lipstick were bright fuchsia, though the latter was slightly smudged, and how that happened is anyone's guess.
Lozzi has a lot of stories to regale his new young friend with, at least.

He's been romantically linked B-movie actress Lana Clarkson, who was murdered by famed producer Phil Spector in 2003.
Lozzi is also said to have dated the late Anna Nicole Smith, so just as Courtney's magic number is 53... so Edward seems to love his pneumatic blondes.
The PR guru told CNN about his brief courtship of the late star, who passed away in 2007 after a drug overdose, explaining: 'I met her at the Night of the 100 Stars and had the strength to ask her out on a date. I didn't think she would say yes.
He added: 'We went out for dinner. And we went out a couple of times.'

Speaking highly of the devoted mother, who lost her son Daniel, 20, to an overdose just months before she died herself, added: 'And the biggest problem I had with her is, she kept calling her son, or checking on baby-sitters and doing all of that about the son.
'She was always rational. She was in her thin, you know - there was nothing more incredibly gorgeous. She was our Marilyn Monroe for our generation.
'And like - you know, kissing her was like kissing Marilyn Monroe. They have the same mouth. If you ever notice, if you look, you see photographs of her teeth and her lip structure, it - they're just like Marilyn. It's just - it's uncanny.'

Also in 1999, a busy year it seems, Edward testified to have overheard the deathbed confession of Toni Mannix for her involvement in the murder of Superman actor George Reeves.
The widow of former MGM studio executive Edgar 'Eddie' Mannix became friends with Lozzi before her death in 1983.
He was with her when she died and in an episode of EXTRA revealed she'd made a death bed confession - the drama behind this was fictionalized in the 2006 film Hollywoodland that starred Ben Affleck as Reeve, Diane Lane as Toni and Bob Hoskins as her husband.
