Over ... Chanelle Hayes dumps Jack Tweed after he weeps for late wife Jade Goody on Jeremy Kyle
HEARTLESS Chanelle Hayes last night revealed she had dumped boyfriend Jack Tweed — just hours after he was shown weeping for late wife Jade Goody on Jeremy Kyle.
The show, entitled Jack Tweed: Life After Jade, which was broadcast yesterday morning, saw 25-year-old Jack describing how he couldn't bear to see Jade slip away, and left her bedroom just moments before she passed.
Jack, who wed Jade, 27, a month before she died, then went on to reveal how he had wanted to take his own life when he was falsely accused of rape just months after the tragedy.
He told host Jeremy: "If I had a gun I would have shot myself in the head without a question.
"I felt like god was looking at me and going 'I'm going to destroy you in every way I can, you're not going to have a good life'."
But while many may have sympathised with Jack, who was only 21 when mum-of-two Jade died, following the emotional interview, Chanelle took to Twitter to reveal she was ending their three-year romance.
The former Big Brother star, whose two-year-old son Blakely calls Jack "Daddy", told her followers: "Just to clarify re Jeremy Kyle interview today.
"I think Jack did very well and admire him for his commitment to jade in the later part of her life.
"It is overwhelmingly clear to me we shouldn't have ever entered a relationship when he was still so badly grieving.
"This fact was never made clear to me and was always denied by him regardless of the support I offered to him.
"Lately, the toll of this has caused us to come to the decision that him staying with us when he is not yet ready to move on from the love of his life is simply unfair to all involved.
"Especially towards Blakely who deserves to have the world revolve around him until he knows better.
"I wish Jack all the best for the future and hope that he manages to learn to deal with his grief and be happy finally. Thanks x."
